Shanghai’s Pudong International Airport opened its new fourth runway on Sunday. The first arrival was a China Eastern Airlines flight from Gansu province, which arrived at 10:05am. The opening of the new runway makes Pudong the only airport in China with four runways in operation. It is also China’s busiest, welcoming 50 million passengers in 2014.
