Passport holders from the UK, USA, Germany, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Republic of South Africa and Sweden will no longer be exempt from visas when visiting Rwanda as of 1 November. Previously, visitors from these nations could stay for up to 90 days without a fee. The exemption still applies to citizens of Mauritius, Philippines, Singapore and Hong Kong.
