The first Abu Dhabi Tour, a four-day cycle race that covers 555km of the emirate kicks off on Thursday, including desert, sand dunes, oases and urban areas in the route.
A series of roads will be opened and closed in stages over the next few days to allow for the race. The event starts in Liwa, in the Western Region, and finishes at Yas Marina Circuit on Yas Island. Read more: thenational.ae
