Google Street View images have been taken of the UAE’s Liwa Oasis and surrounding desert in the Empty Quarter, by strapping a camera to the back of a camel called Raffia. Raffia walked through the desert, capturing images of the dunes, oasis, her own shadow and footsteps in the sand, and other camels.
