The Tannery Bar in Portland, OR, is offering investors a chance to own a stake in the venture at $10 per share.
The bar hopes the community public offering will be a chance to fund an expansion into a space next door and a second bar in the basement. Offered through Portland-based crowdfunding platform Chroma, the investment opportunity is available only to Oregon residents.
