South Korea’s newest high-speed rail line has opened, connecting Seoul with Mokpo in the southwest of the country. The new KTX line will operate via Gwangju at speeds of up to 350 kilometres per hour, reducing travel time by an hour to 1.5hrs from Seoul to Mokpo. Read more: koreaherald.com
