Swedish fishing guide Erik Axner reeled in more than he bargained for when he caught a fish so big that he couldn't haul it on to his boat. Axner was fishing off the coast of Lofoten, Norway at the time and took over 20 minutes to pull in the giant creature. He didn't want to harm the Atlantic halibut (which weighed in at around 100kg and was over two metres long) by hauling it on to his vessel, so he jumped in the water beside it to take a photograph instead.
