The house in Staten Island, New York, that was used as the house of Don Corleone in the filming of The Godfather has gone up for sale for $2.89 million. The exterior of the house is recognisable as the location of Connie’s wedding, and the backyard as the place where Marlon Brando’s character dies. The current owner, who bought the eight-bedroom mansion in 2012, has renovated the interior so that some rooms look like scenes from the movie.
