A stray dog that loyally stuck with a team of Swedish athletes taking part in an extreme sports race in Ecuador is to have a charity in aid of street dogs founded in his honour. Arthur, as he's now known, befriended the four-person team after the captain, Mikael Lindnord, fed him a Swedish meatball in the rainforest. The fearless hound proceeded to make the gruelling journey with them, refusing to leave their side. He's since been flown to Sweden and will stay in quarantine until March before Lindnord adopts him.
