Melburnians will be able to catch a London-style taxi cab from April 2015 care of new business venture from the London Taxi Company. CEO Evan Simeon believes the better travel experience of the London taxi from free in-car wifi, more passenger luggage space and wheelchair accessibility will raise the bar for the Melbourne taxi industry. The cars are being imported from factories in the UK and China and have had some modifications for Australian climatic conditions, including better air conditioning and larger radiators.
