Visitors to Dubai’s 500m-long City Slide over the Eid weekend were sorely disappointed when the event turned out to be a flop.
Searing heat of 38°C along with poor water pressure meant the much-publicised slip ‘n’ slide was almost completely dry, leaving visitors walking along or sitting on the hot plastic.
