Greece’s largest civil service and private sector unions have called a general strike for Thursday 27 November. Flights will be disrupted, with Aegean Airlines and Olympic Airways cancelling their domestic and international flights on that day. There will be no ferry services and services on Attica suburban railway and intercity trains are also cancelled. Buses, trams and metro in Athens will run on a shorter timetable.
