Officials in Stockholm have announced that they'll be offering the chance for couples to get married for free at City Hall during Stockholm Pride Week next month.
Marriages for couples who aren't Stockholm residents usually cost 500 kronor (US$60), but the fee will be waived during the annual festival, taking place from 27 July to the first of August. The ceremonies will be available to both same-sex and heterosexual couples, and include refreshments and photographs, but those hoping to tie the knot are advised to book ahead. Read more: thelocal.se
