A 90-year-old man has been charged with the offence of attempting to feed the homeless in a park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He now faces possible jail time and a $500 fine. Police, who were enforcing a new law in the city which bans the public sharing of food, stopped the man, who was handing out four plates of food to homeless people.
