British budget airline easyJet is facing accusations that it has ruined holidays by overselling flights.
More customers have complained about being bumped off easyJet flights than all other airlines put together, with the carrier accounting for three-quarters of all complaints. Family members have been forced to fly separately, and some passengers have been sent to different airports around the UK to board a different flight.
