Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, has been promoted in the rankings of the world’s most and least liveable cities.

While Melbourne has claimed the title of most liveable city for another year, Dhaka has been lifted off the bottom spot to become the second least liveable city in the world, after Damascus. Dhaka scored poorly on all measures, including health care, education, culture, environment and infrastructure. Read more: thedailystar.net
