German train company Deutsche Bahn has applied to the the Frankfurt am Main Labour Court for an injunction to halt the latest strike by the GDL union, in the ongoing row over pay and working hours. The 98-hour strike, which affects freight services, commuter trains and long distance passenger routes, is affecting two thirds of services and is due to run until 4am on Monday morning.
