An employee at a marine welfare centre in California accidentally injured 17 sea lions by putting too much chlorine in their pool.
A police investigation into the incident, which occurred at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Beach in April, has just concluded that there was no malicious intent and the animals have all made a full recovery. Read more: ktla.com
