A badger nicknamed Wandzia is recovering at a Polish animal shelter after stealing seven beers and becoming so drunk that she passed out for two days.
The party-badger was discovered unconscious and surrounded by seven empty bottles (which she'd opened with her teeth) on the beach at Rewal, a Baltic seaside resort town. A spokesperson from the animal shelter said that she’s recovering well and that they're hoping to release her back into the wild by the end of the week. Read more: thejournal.ie
