Park officials in South Africa’s Cape regions have warned visitors to expect delays on routes to popular areas where the annual Namakwa daisies are in full bloom.

At the moment neither the Namaqua National Park nor the West Coast National Park are imposing limits on numbers of vehicles or visitors entering the gates, but this might change as time goes on. Travellers driving up the West Coast and into the Northern Cape have already reported high volumes of traffic and long queues heading into both national parks. Read more: news24.com
