The prize also includes four economy tickets to Mombasa International Airport from your nearest international airport.

Robin and his wife Angela were living in Dubai when they engaged an architect in 2007 to design their dream holiday home, which took two years to build. There are four bedrooms in the main house and another double bedroom and games room in a separate annexe. As well as a rooftop terrace with coral clad bar and seating area, the house has an outdoor 12m x 6m swimming pool and barbecue.

The prize includes cleaning, gardening and security services for a year, and a luxury safari and £1000 cash spending money. Robin says that the house is located in a wonderful location, and he and his family visited it as often as possible and enjoyed all that Kenya has to offer such as safaris, deep sea fishing and the local restaurants.

He is raffling the property because having been made redundant from his job in Dubai, he and the family have relocated to London. It is located beside the beach, and it comes fully furnished.

Robin is aiming to sell more than 500,000 tickets at £2.50 each, and you will also have to answer a question about Kenya as part of your entry. The closing date for entries is Friday 21 December 2018, and the winner will be announced on 14 January 2019. Part of the proceeds will also go to three charities.
