The Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury opens Saturday 22 July in south-west London and is meticulously designed to be an incredible experience for your pet. There are just six individual ‘hotel suites’, each overlooking a private garden play area where there’s lots of wildlife to keep any cat entertained.

Anxious owners will get regular updates from the team about how their cat is doing and the team are trained to deal with any special dietary needs, medication or grooming rituals. The hotel even provides entertainment for their furry guests and if you have multiple cats, they can stay in inter-connecting suites.

The Norbury location is the 15th cat hotel in the group to open and the business has had resounding success since its opening in 2010, often being fully booked months in advance. With this hotel yet to open, they’ve already received some bookings up until Christmas, a response they believe is due to the poor level of care in other pet accommodation.

If you want to go the extra mile for your pet, you can even book in a spa day during their stay, which includes a massage, ear and eye cleanse and a relaxing paw massage. The day is finished off with an extra play session and turndown service with a treat from the mini-bar and creamy cat milk.

The new hotel will be run by Robbie Banks who believes in creating a safe environment for the cats. “It’s incredibly important to allow our feline guests space to climb and exercise as well as relax. We offer an authentic home from home experience where our guests enjoy the highest level of care and attention. Seeing them relaxed and thriving whilst their owners are away will be so rewarding.”

Rates at Longcroft Cat Hotel start at £17 per day and you can find your nearest hotel online.
