A South Korean barista makes the most incredible coffee art you’ve ever seen

For many of us caffeine addicts, a morning coffee – and maybe a sneaky afternoon one – is an essential fact of life to help us through our working day. However, one barista is transforming ordinary cups of joe into the most incredible works of art.

Kangbin Lee is the owner of C Through cafe in Seoul and has attracted thousands of followers on Instagram with his intricate, colourful coffee artwork.

The works are so pretty, it seems a shame to drink them (although if you need your caffeine fix you might be tempted!)

From Disney characters to flowers and even famous paintings, Kangbin has been the envy of baristas everywhere with his vivid creations.

He calls calls this technique Cremart and told Lonely Planet it was his own special recipe, though he declined to give any further details.

In fact, his latte art is so beautiful, some commentators have said they must be Photoshopped. However, Kangbin has posted videos on his Instagram showing his hand-drawn process for making the little drawings.

Now the only thing left for coffee tourists to Seoul to decide is whether to drink it or try and preserve it as a work of art.
