The exciting new project comes from Smith and Sinclair, who have created a multi-sensory menu that allows guests to eat their drinks, experience cocktails that change both in flavour and colour, and try treats such as scented lollipops that come with alcoholic dib dabs. The menu also features festive-infused vapours with Christmas smells for the winter.
