Here’s some good news for the weekend. An exciting new sensory cocktail pop up experience is opening on Friday at the Purple Bar in the Sanderson in London that will offer edible alcohol in the form of whimsical sweets for adults.
The exciting new project comes from Smith and Sinclair, who have created a multi-sensory menu that allows guests to eat their drinks, experience cocktails that change both in flavour and colour, and try treats such as scented lollipops that come with alcoholic dib dabs. The menu also features festive-infused vapours with Christmas smells for the winter.
Cocktails served at the bar include an Alice-in-Wonderland-themed tequila sunrise, served with an edible playing card, a colour-changing violet gin drink, a vodka cocktail served with edible perfume, and a tart negroni infused with liquid glitter and served over a chunk of ice with a scented rose gold lollipop.
Launching on Friday, Smith and Sinclair at Purple Bar will run until Christmas Eve. The pop up shop will be open every day from 12 pm – 8 pm or later, offering a variety of treats to take away, as well as featuring the unique new cocktails. More information is available at the Smith and Sinclair website.
