Paris is known as the City of Love, and one artist decided to remind the world of that fact with some illuminating art.

According to a statement, the project was inspired by a sentence of Alfred de Musset: “The only true language in the world is a kiss”. To fill Paris with kissing couples, Nonnon organised an open call for couples and their photos were taken for “the library of love”.

The project is intended to see “Parisians taking ownership of their city with love”. And while the project started in Paris, the artist is planning to continue projecting kisses around the world.
