The bar is called Drop Dead Twice and it will open on Dublin’s Francis Street on 13 October, which is clearly not unlucky for the Irish. Customers will book a two-hour slot on the bar’s website for €20, and will bring along a bottle of their favourite spirit – the bar recommends a shoulder (350ml) per person.
Once the mixologists (Tom Cruise not guaranteed) have established the customer’s likes and dislikes, they will use their expertise and extensive range of mixers and liqueurs to craft five completely bespoke cocktails.
The pop-up cocktail bar will remain open until 31 December and will welcome Christmas parties and hen and stag parties, as well as regular customers, from Thursday to Sunday. The owners believe it will be successful as they say that Dublin is a vibrant and exciting city where people are always willing to try new experiences.
The Drop Dead Team are on a taste tour ahead of our opening next month. What goes on tour stays on tour…unless it’s awesome of course…in which case you can expect to find it behind the bar 😄🍸👍 #dublinnights #byob #byo #spirit #barcrawl #martini #gin #vodka #cocktails #cocktail #cocktailporn #cocktailbar #tincture #mixers #mixology #mixologist #mixologists #mixologybar #mixologyart
