Air New Zealand offers up another zany and elaborate air safety video

Air New Zealand is known for its elaborate and entertaining air safety videos and its latest addition is no exception.

The video stars actors Anna Faris, of the TV show Mom and the Scary Movie films, and Rhys Darby, of Flight of the Concords and What We do in the Shadows, in a Hollywood-themed video. The pair are shown trying to film a safety video through a variety of film genres, including romance, horror and western.

The video, entitled Safety in Hollywood, was filmed at four different sets at Warner Bros. in Hollywood, even at some locations seen in movies like Jurassic Park, Casablanca and War of the Worlds, according to Air New Zealand.

Air New Zealand has seen massive success from its air safety videos, including a Hobbit-themed video from 2014 that has more than 15 million views on YouTube. As the filming location of the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings, the country sees massive tourism related to the franchise.

The company was also recently named best airline in the Airline Excellence Awards.
