What we remember from learning about caves at school was that they were filled with stalagmites and stalactites – nobody ever mentioned that they could also be stocked with trendy spirits, wine and beer.
The cave was only discovered when the construction of Hotel More started, and management decided to incorporate it into the design. The bar is split into three levels, and can be reached by elevator through the hotel or by stairs through the tunnel.
It can accommodate up to 60 guests at a time and offers stunning views over the sea. Thanks to its unique setting in a natural cave, it has also become a popular place for special functions and weddings. The bar offers a wide choice of alcoholic and soft drinks, teas, coffees and snacks, and is the perfect place for patrons visiting Lapad Beach to take in lunch and chill out.
Guests report that the bar’s unique ambience and soothing background music tunes provide a relaxing backdrop for socialising. It sounds like it might be a fabulous place to unwind and sip your favourite drink or cocktail – and don’t forget that fruit brandy rakia is a local favourite. Živjeli!
