Food Baby NY is the project of food baby’s parents (of course) Mike and Alex Chau. It started to gain traction sometime last year as Matthew Chau (aka food baby) was a toddler chomping down on the newest and hottest meal tickets in town.
The Instagram account has since gained 108 thousand followers, and it has expanded its baby repertoire. While Matthew gets older, he is now also joined by his adorable baby sister Sam complete with headbands and bows.

The adorable pair visit all the trendiest most happening food spots in New York, from the Ansel Bakery to cool brunch spot The Butcher’s Daughter. The food alone is so compelling and delicious that it alone would keep you going back to the Instagram account, but the hilarious angles and optical illusions created with the food and babies makes it hilarious as well as mouth-watering.
A lot of the food focuses on stalls, street food, and markets, food that can be eaten easily on the go while with children. You’ll see a lot of icecreams, donuts, grilled cheese sandwiches, cookies, and pizza.

Speaking to the Huffington Post Alex and Mike joked that when Sam and Matthew grow up and become too old for the Food Baby NY account, they’ll just “switch out the baby and not tell anyone”. Enjoy the next level cuteness here now.
