The “Premium Experience” is only available for advance reservations and will bring groups of up to seven people through the building, where they will see the restored Art Deco lobby, the Celebrity Walk and the Sustainability Exhibit, which shows off the building’s award-winning energy efficient retrofit. The visitors will also see the “Dare to Dream” exhibit detailing the historic construction of the building, the 86th floor open-air observatory, and the 102nd floor observatory where visitors can get a 360-degree view of New York City.

Visitors can also have a tour customized to the group’s interests “allowing group members to explore new areas, learn facts and trivia not covered in a standard visit, and focus on those areas of the experience that are most important to them”. The premium tours are 90-minutes and available three times a day at $150 per person.
