Japan's vegedeco salad cakes look so good...you'll forget they're actually made of salad

Vegedeco Salad Cafe, which has opened in Nagoya, Japan, has proposed the new invention of the salad cake – basically, a salad that looks exactly like a cake.

The cafe was created and produced by Mitsuki Moriyasu, a Japanese food designer who aims to promote both health and beauty. Several kinds of vegedeco salad can be ordered in the cafe, and the vegetables included in each salad have been carefully chosen for their good and natural phytochemical effects.

Aside from looking incredible, the cakes are all low carbohydrate and gluten free. As you can expect, you know, since they’re made entirely out of salad.
