Is this the best holiday home ever? Hamlet in French Jura mountains on sale for €150,000

A historic hamlet in the French Jura mountains has been put up for auction at the price of €150,000.

Baudin, located in the eastern commune of Toulouse-le-Château near the Swiss border is 220 years old, and used to be home to 200 people – now there are just two residents.  The 2.2-hectare village comes complete with a presbytery, fountain and shops built in the 19th century. But despite the low price tag, the purchase does come with a small catch – restoration costs are estimated at €20 million.
