Amazing footage shows two stand up paddle-boarders as they make their way through the winter wonderland of Norway.
The video shows Kai-Nicolas Steimer and Lena Albrecht as they paddle through the frozen Norwegian landscape at -21C and with only three hours of sunshine.
From the woodlands and forests to the fjords, it shows off the spectacular landscape of the Norwegian wilderness as seen from the waterways the two paddlers use to make their way around.
Writing on the website, Kai said: “Sleeping in a tent in winter was it’s own challenge and cooking with deep frozen food another one. This was all worth it and made this adventure one that I will remember forever. It was so stunning to paddle in all these amazing places in the quietness of winter.”
The two girls camped and paddled their way through the terrain, experiencing harsh conditions.
