Horsetail Fall phenomenon returns to Yosemite

Grab your cameras and get to California’s Yosemite National Park  because a once-a-year natural marvel called Firefall is taking place and it only lasts a couple of weeks.

Each year from mid to late February the sun hits the park’s Horsetail Fall in such a way that it makes the flowing water look like it’s on fire as it falls hundreds of feet down the valley wall. You won’t be the only happy snapper there though – the phenomenon has already attracted dozens of amateur and professional photographers whose shots have, ahem, lit up the internet.
