It's official! US-Cuba commerical flights resumed

The United States and Cuba have officially agreed to resume scheduled commercial flights as part of a deal permitting 110 round-trip flights a day between the two countries.

U.S. airline companies will be able to sell tickets, but they must first apply for permission to fly specific routes; this process is estimated to take 60 to 90 days, suggesting that these new flights will not begin until a few months into 2016.
