WWII museum opens Pacific Theater exhibit in New Orleans

The National WWII Museum in New Orleans will open a new permanent exhibit on Saturday dedicated to the fighting that took place in the Pacific Theater during the war.

“The Road to Tokyo” exhibit follows the war from the attack at Pearl Harbor to battles in Tokyo Bay to the dropping of the atomic bombs in Japan. There are more than 400 artifacts included in the exhibit, as well as recreated wartime environments.  Read more at: abcnews.com
