Florida declares state of emergency ahead of tropical storm

A state of emergency has been declared in all counties across the state of Florida as Tropical Storm Erika heads to the peninsula.

The storm has already hit Dominica, killing at least 12 people in flooding and mudslides. Erika is expected to make landfall in Southern Florida early next week. Read more: travelmole.com
