Bosnia’s National Museum to reopen in September

Sarajevo’s Minister of Culture and Sport has announced that Bosnia & Hercegovina’s National Museum, which has been closed since October 2012 due to funding issues, will reopen in early September.

After three months of negotiations a new funding strategy has been agreed, which will mean the country’s biggest and best-endowed museum is financed from all levels of government – the state, federal, cantonal, municipal and city. Read more: sarajevotimes.com
