Earlier this month the Honolulu Museum of Art opened a new installation of its long-running Artists of Hawaii, an exhibition dedicated to showcasing artwork from the state’s residents.
Hundreds of artists applied to be in the exhibit, but only eleven made the final cut – some well known, others new to the Honolulu art scene. Running until the 25th of October, the show spans multiple media, including photography, painting, sculpture and mix-media. Admission is $17 for adults, free for kids under 17.
