But Norway has taken the controversial decision to include vegetables…and charge more for the privilege. Health experts in Norway argue that customers shouldn’t have to ‘opt in’ to making their food more healthy and so the company’s Norwegian arm has decided to include vegetables as standard, and charge nine Norwegian kroner ($1) more for the meal.
