Yellowstone officials remind visitors to stay away from wildlife

After four incidents in less than two months, the National Parks Service has reminded Yellowstone visitors to stay away from wildlife. On Thursday, a 68-year-old woman from Georgia was gored by a bison when she passed too close to the animal. The woman was helicoptered to a nearby hospital. The park usually experiences only two incidents per year, according to a park spokesperson, so the park is reminding visitors to stay at least 25 yards away from all large animals and 100 yards away from bears and wolves.
