Lusaka National Park, Zambia is formally opened

The president of Zambia  has inaugurated Lusaka National Park, the country’s newest protected area. Located 15km outside the Zambian capital, the park has been in development since the 1990s and is expected to draw citizens to the great outdoors. President Lungu said the country will benefit from its commitment to sustainable development, conservation activities, wildlife and tourism. Read more: allafrica.com
