Renowned Portland, Oregon-based donut chain Voodoo Doughnut has announced it will open its first international outlet this year in Taipei. The chain, which is known for its oddly-shaped donut, currently operates five outlets in Oregon and Colorado. The Taipei branch will open by the end of May and has put a sign on its new location reading, ‘Keep Taipei weird,’ a nod to the popular Portland slogan. Customers will be able to avail of all 90 flavours, including the maple-bacon donut that made the chain so popular. Read more: taiwannews.com.tw
