Spain’s airports to offer unlimited free wi-fi

Travellers to Spain will soon be able to surf the internet for free in all of the country’s 46 airports. The beefed up wi-fi will be unlimited and four times the current speed when the new service is up and running. At present, visitors can only access 30 minutes free in 26 of Spain’s airports, including Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas International Airport. The new wi-fi capabilities, which won’t be available until late 2015 at the earliest, can be upgraded to a paid premium service if travellers want to access higher-speed internet.
