Serial stowaway arrested at Chicago airport

A woman known for trying to board planes without a ticket across the country has been arrested at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport after she was discovered loitering in a restricted area in the international terminal. Marilyn Hartman, who has been dubbed a ‘serial stowaway’, was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass. The woman has been able to sneak on to several planes without a ticket and has been arrested in Florida, Los Angeles and Phoenix. Hartman has said she likes airports because, as a homeless person, they are safer than living on the streets. Read more: chicagotribune.com
