Flood and landslide alerts for western Switzerland

More rain in Switzerland has increased the risk of further landslides and flooding in many parts of the west of the country. A landslide on Tuesday morning caused a rail line between Vevey and Lausanne to be shut down, which also disrupted rail services between the canton of Vaud and Geneva. Replacement shuttle buses have been put into place. Read more: thelocal.ch
