Between 10,000 and 12,000 fans are expected to flock to Madrid over the next few days as the travelling Game of Thrones exhibition pays a fleeting visit to the Spanish capital. Madrid is one of several Spanish filming locations that feature in season five of the cult TV show, which started airing earlier this month on Sky. Exhibits include a replica of the Iron Throne, as well as original props such as the Mountain’s sword and Jaime Lannister’s gold hand. The show is being held at Madrid’s Matadero until Sunday, and will move on to Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris later this year. Read more: elpais.com
