Greece to introduce e-tickets for tourist sites

Greece’s Culture Ministry has announced that it will introduce e-tickets for archaeological sites. The new ticketing system will be launched in mid-June for seven sites around the Acropolis (Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Theatre of Dionysus, Hadrian’s Library and Keramikos) and will later be expanded to another 13 sites around the country including Delphi, Olympia, Mycenae, Epidavros, Lindos and Knossos. The e-ticketing system is planned to be fully operational for all archaeological sites and museums in Greece by March 2016. Read more: ansamed.info
