New 'Passaportes' program grants free admission to Rio museums

In celebration of Rio de Janeiro’s 450th anniversary, the city is implementing a new ‘pasaporte’ (passport) program to increase museum attendance throughout the city. The small commemorative booklets are available to locals and tourists and will grant free access to 43 museums and cultural centers in and around Rio until 31 December. Read more: riotimesonline.com
