Barcelona to open first dedicated Woody Allen museum

The work of New York film director Woody Allen is set to be commemorated with a dedicated museum in Barcelona, which Allen picked as the location for his Oscar-winning film Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Now, a media group led by one of Woody Allen’s former producers hopes to build a Catalan legacy for the director. The proposed cultural centre will be located in Barcelona’s central gothic quarter, inside an 1883 neoclassical former school of arts and crafts that has fallen into disrepair. Read more: thelocal.es
